About emberaide

Built for the gap between seeing the vision and holding every step.

Entrepreneurship can make room for imagination, urgency, risk, and new ideas. It can also remove the external structure that helps important work become consistent progress. emberaide exists to provide that structure without shrinking the founder.

Why this matters

ADHD in adulthood is common. Its relationship with entrepreneurship is real and nuanced.

15.5M

U.S. adults were estimated to have a current ADHD diagnosis in 2023.

55.9%

of adults with current ADHD in the same survey received their diagnosis in adulthood.

14.4%

of 1,160 entrepreneurs in a 2025 study screened high for ADHD traits. This is a study sample, not a population estimate.

Research links ADHD traits with entrepreneurial intention and action, while also documenting obstacles in follow-through, growth, and traditional work environments. emberaide treats both sides seriously: the spark and the support it needs.

Tiffany Nwahiri, founder of emberaide

Meet the founder

Tiffany Nwahiri

emberaide began with a pattern Tiffany knew firsthand: seeing what could be built, signing up for powerful project tools, and losing momentum before the setup was finished.

The problem was not a lack of ambition or intelligence. The tools expected the founder to arrive with the structure already designed. Founders had to define the boards, fields, priorities, rules, and workflows before doing the work itself.

Tiffany is building emberaide around a different premise: the system should listen first, implement the starting structure, and become more useful as it learns how the founder actually operates.

“Your spark was never the problem. It needed somewhere to go.”

What we believe

Support the founder. Do not shame the unfinished work.

01

Setup is part of the product

No one should have to build an entire project system before receiving value.

02

Capacity is information

A lower-energy day changes the plan, not the founder’s worth.

03

The user stays in control

Suggestions, learned patterns, and generated structure should remain visible and editable.
